Privacy Policy
UNDERMASK Text Clean works entirely on your phone. Your text is never sent anywhere, there is no server behind the app, and we collect nothing — no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
1. Your text
Everything you paste into the app is cleaned on your device. The text is never uploaded, never sent to us or to anyone else, and never used to train anything.
The app does not keep your text after you close it. It only leaves the app when you choose to: by copying it, sharing it, or saving it as a file.
The app reads your clipboard only when you tap Paste, and iOS asks for your permission each time.
2. What we never collect
We do not ask for and never receive:
- Your name, email address, or phone number.
- Any login, social account, or contact list.
- Any advertising identifier, device identifier, or device fingerprint.
- Your location or any information about how you use the app.
There is no registration and no sign-in. Unlike the main UNDERMASK app, Text Clean does not even create an anonymous identifier — it has nothing to send one to.
3. What is stored on your device
The following stays on your phone and is never sent to us:
- Your settings: which extra cleaning rules are switched on.
- The free-use counter: today's date and how many free cleans you have used.
- Whether Pro is unlocked.
4. No server, no third-party services
The app has no server and makes no network requests of its own. It contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers.
It also means we cannot see how you use the app. If something breaks, we will only know if you tell us.
5. Purchases
Text Clean Pro is a one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card details, billing address, or name.
The store confirms the purchase directly to the app on your device. No purchase information is sent to us. The purchase belongs to your store account, so if you reinstall the app or change phones, you can restore it from the Settings screen.
6. Device backups
If you have iCloud Backup or Google Backup enabled, the app's settings may be included in a backup in your own cloud account, under Apple's or Google's terms. We have no access to that backup.
7. Children
UNDERMASK Text Clean is rated 4+. Since we collect no personal data from anyone, we hold no personal data belonging to children either.
8. Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In our case the answer is simple: we hold no personal data about you.
Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. If a change ever affects what the app collects, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
